Throughout his 23-year career in the United States Air Force, he made a significant impact in various senior consultant roles, tackling complex challenges and saving organizations from potential setbacks. His dedication and problem-solving skills earned him prestigious awards and recognition, showcasing his exceptional leadership abilities.
After retiring from the Air Force, Dennis pursued his passion for coaching and leadership development. He became a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, where he mentored new coaches and played a vital role in developing coaching and leadership curriculum used globally. His expertise and experience have made him a sought-after adjunct faculty coach at the University of Denver, where he continues to inspire and guide leaders at all levels.
Dennis's leadership style is a unique blend of wisdom gained from his diverse background, including being a husband, father, grandfather, pastor, military professional, business owner, and university faculty member. With a deep commitment to improving leadership development, he aims to empower leaders from the early stages of their careers to the C-Suite. Alongside his impressive educational background, which includes a BS in Human Resource Management and an MBA, Dennis is also certified as a Global Priority Solutions Specialist in Values-Based Leadership Roundtables, a transformative method that has impacted nations worldwide.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dennis finds joy in running, reading, and watching professional sports. He cherishes his marriage to Jamie LaRue and takes great pride in his three incredible children and five precious grandchildren. Dennis's unwavering dedication to serving others and his passion for making a difference in people's lives make him an extraordinary individual who continues to leave a lasting impact wherever he goes.
